12 Most Dangerous Men in the Bible (My upcoming book)
Not every man in church is a man of God. Some are cousins of demons, friends of Satan, and undercover assassins of destiny. They clap. They sing. They serve. But their hearts are blacker than the pits of hell. They are smooth, spiritual, sweet and deadly but disguised. The Bible says, \"He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the LORD.\" (Proverbs 18:22). But these ones reverse the Scripture. They are not looking for a wife to bless; they are hunting for a soul to break. They search actively for vulnerable men and babes, naive, innocent, trusting souls to make them fall. Hear me clearly. The serpent no longer wears skirts. He wears Italian shoes, tailored suits, Rolex watches, well-groomed beards and a wicked soul. The serpent has well-trimmed beards today, but his agenda remains the same: to steal, kill, and destroy.
You cannot identify them by style, neither identify them by speech nor know them by the Spirit. They are smooth deceivers. They can deceive the very elect. These guys are gifted, but godless, talented, but treacherous, emotional fraud, love peddlers, persuasive, charming, spiritual sounding but highly dangerous. They are masters at manipulations and evil disguised in suites. A guy who is a gospel artiste in Nigeria killed and dismembered his girlfriend in a ritual case for money making. In Rwanda, one handsome dude allegedly killed eighteen babes. Beware, dudes are dangerous.
There are dangerous men in the Bible. Study your Scriptures, and you will find them. Twelve most dangerous men exist in the Bible.
Absalom. Handsome. Attractive. Royalty. Rich but deadly, dangerous and murderous. There are Absaloms in church today.
Amnon is a pretender per excellence. He doesn’t love. He lusts. He is sex addicted to the point he raped his own blood sister. Amnon must never be your guy.
How about Nabal? Rich, rude and reckless. A fool in fine suit. Nabal is looking for wise babes to put in trouble. Run. (1 Samuel 25:2-38).
Have you met Shechem before. He is a smooth talker but at violent heart. He calms you down to violate you. He violated Dinah (Genesis 34:2).
Beware. Ananias, the Spiritual faker is in church. They are liars. You can’t count on their words. They even lied to the Holy Spirit (Acts 5:1-5).
There are also Sons of Eli. Pastors by title, perverts by lifestyle (1 Samuel 2:12-17). They are gay in clergy cassocks.
These guys look right but live wrong. They use love as bait but lead to destruction. They take to drain you empty. They speak the Christian language but do not walk the Christian life. They pretend to be spiritual but has no salvation experience. The devil wears Prada. The Bible says, “For Satan himself transforms into an angel of light.” (2 Corinthians 11:14). If Satan can wear a robe of light, don’t be shocked that his cousins can wear suits and hold microphones.
They carry Bibles to seduce not to study. They sing to attract not to worship God. They say \"God told me you are my wife\" after they told 10 other babes in different churches. Smooth. Slick. Sinister.
It takes discernment to spot them. It takes God’s mercy to escape them. My brother most especially, remember “Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers.” (Psalm 1:1)
Future husbands, future wives, test all spirits, not just smiles. (1 John 4:1). Many are lovers of themselves. Flee from every shade of evil, even if it looks like a sunset. Stay grounded in the Word. Be filled with the Spirit. Be slow to trust appearances. If you are already caught in the web of a smooth talker, hear me, Run! Dude, run, run like Joseph ran from Potiphar’s wife even if you have to leave your coat behind. Better to lose your coat than your crown.
Pray this Prayer Now “Father, deliver me from the smooth men and sinister women. Give me sharp discernment to detect the serpent behind the smile. I refuse to be a victim of spiritual, emotional, or relational fraud. I will not marry a demon in disguise. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
