Today, manhood is under siege. Men are cowed to silence, softness, and surrender. But Scripture doesn’t stammer. God commands you: Act like a man. Be strong (1 Corinthians 16:13). Sir, quit waiting. Rise and be the man. From Adam to Paul, the call is the same: Stand up. Step in. Speak out. Adam’s silence in Eden was such a sign of manlessness. He watched the serpent slither, and he said nothing. That silence cursed generations. What are you allowing to crawl into your home, your mind, or your marriage today? God put the man in the garden to work and to keep it (Genesis 2:15). That job description hasn’t changed. Work. Protect. Provide. Lead. You are not called to cruise through life in comfort but to fight for what matters.
Being a godly man is not easy. It is war. And you, sir, are the target. The head of the serpent is still bruising the heel of the man today. Psalm 62:4 says it clearly: “They only consult to cast him down from his excellency.” The enemy doesn’t fear weak men. He fears praying ones. IThere is war against the man - any man. The enemy knows that if he can neutralize you, he can weaken your family. He can divide your church. He can make your wife sad. Get your son into drugs. Your daughters to waywardness. The battle is real. Genesis 3:15 is real.
Psalm 62 verse 3 is ongoing. Brother, stop sleeping. Stand in the gap. Stop leaving women to prayer meetings. Timothy 2:8 is clear. The man who prays, prevails.
Whether it\'s in your home, your church, or your workplace; quit ye like a man. Lead or follow? Lead right, follow loyally. Be the man God will be proud of. Be the man. Beloved, this is the decisive moment.
The war on manhood is spiritual. Real. Relentless. Genesis 3:15 is still playing out. You cannot afford to sleep while Satan is raging. Stand in the gap. Lead prayer in your home. Let your kids see a man who walks with God. Your silence is not harmless. It is sabotage. It is collaborating with the camp of the Midianites. In your home, your church, your workplace: Quit ye like men. Lead with honor or follow with humility. But stop spectating. Start standing. Make Bible reading daily. Make prayer non-negotiable. Memorize Scripture.
